RELEASE AND CONSENT AGREEMENT I, the parent/guardian of [Participant’s Name], who is [Age] years old, hereby authorize The World Ballet Art Competition Grand Prix (WBAC), along with its affiliates, employees, agents, nominees, licensees, and those acting with its authority, to record, use, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display any materials featuring the participant in any form or medium, whether now known or developed in the future. This includes, but is not limited to, printed, recorded, audio, and audiovisual materials, as well as any derivative works. I further authorize WBAC and its representatives to edit, adapt, modify, enhance, or alter such materials at their discretion, including the substitution of the participant’s voice with another person’s voice if necessary. These materials may be used in any media, including but not limited to the Internet, television, advertising, promotion, and other forms of distribution, without any obligation for WBAC to use them. For the purposes of this agreement, the participant’s “Name and Likeness” includes their name, signature, likeness, still and moving images, digital representations, voice, performances, and any other identifiable attributes. I acknowledge that: • WBAC holds all copyrights and related rights to these materials. • WBAC is under no obligation to use or distribute these materials. • The participant is competing for potential cash prizes and other awards. • Any physical or email addresses provided to WBAC and its trusted third-party partners may be used for marketing products or services related to dancers. I hereby waive any claims or rights under privacy, publicity, defamation, compensation, or proprietary laws regarding the use or distribution of these materials. Additionally, I release and discharge WBAC, its directors, employees, sponsors, and affiliates from any liability for: • Loss or theft of personal belongings in changing rooms, performance spaces, classrooms, or hotel rooms. • Any injuries sustained by the participant while attending or participating in this event. I understand that the participant attends this event at their own risk. Furthermore, I agree to defend, indemnify, and hold WBAC, its officers, and directors harmless from any claims, demands, losses, suits, or expenses arising from my actions or negligence related to this agreement. This Release and Consent Agreement does not conflict with any existing commitments or obligations on my part.
